Data obtained via the Google Ads API is used solely for the purposes authorized by our clients and in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

All content on the Elusive Innovations website, including text, images, logos, design elements, and software, is the property of Elusive Innovations B.V. and is protected by Dutch and international copyright law.

For client projects: upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the custom code and deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Our general website content, branding, and proprietary tools remain our intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted under Dutch law, Elusive Innovations B.V. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Oost-Brabant, Netherlands.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
