The challenge
What was going on
A timber and building-materials trader ran its marketing across Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and Search Console, and its sales in a separate CRM. Every number lived in a different tab, so no one saw the whole picture at once.
Pulling a weekly overview together was manual work, and by the time it was ready the moment to act had often passed.
Our approach
How we tackled it
We built one command center that reads their live systems and turns them into decisions, not just charts.
Connect the sources
Odoo, Meta, GA4, Search Console and Google Ads flow into one model on a fixed daily refresh.
Score the health
ROAS, revenue and conversion trends roll up into a single health score with clear attention flags.
Brief the team
An AI daily briefing summarises what changed, what needs attention and what to pick up today.
What we built
The system
Marketing command center
One overview across channels: health score, revenue trend, spend efficiency and per-channel performance.
Sales pipeline
A live Kanban board of opportunities, open quotes and follow-up, straight from the CRM.
A CRM the team works from
Fully operational: call or WhatsApp a customer straight from their card, draft quotes, see the full contact history and add notes, all in one place.
AI-drafted quotes
A version is ready in which AI prepares the quote for the customer in advance, so a rep only has to check it and send.
One-click automation
Repetitive, time-consuming tasks run behind a single button, so the team spends its time on customers instead of admin.
AI daily briefing
A written read-out that turns the day's numbers into concrete next actions.
The outcome
Where it stands
Marketing and sales now start the day from the same screen. What used to be a manual pull is a live overview, and the AI briefing points straight at what moved and what to do about it.
The CRM is where the sales team actually works: calling, WhatsApp, quoting, contact history and notes all live in one place. Repetitive tasks run at the push of a button, and an AI-drafted-quote version is ready to take even more work off their hands.
Scattered channels and a separate CRM don't have to mean a scattered picture. For GevenHout we put marketing and sales in one command center.
