The challenge
What was going on
In a production environment with eight departments, from forge to transport, visibility was lost. Where an order actually was, and whether it was on schedule, was hard to tell.
Paper work orders and disconnected systems caused errors, double work and calls between departments.

We brought every step of the production process into one system that moves with the shop floor in realtime.

Production, planning and transport now work from the same realtime picture. Where an order is and what is next is the same for everyone.
Manual paperwork and handover errors have largely been taken out of the process.
